lost Ebay purchased items details/missing seller.
Summary: tedeig_0 expressed frustration over not being able to find purchase records for a recently bought shaver on eBay. Despite having a history of numerous purchases, eBay shows no record, complicating efforts to contact the seller for the broken item.
I have purchased hundreds of items over the years, now when an Item has broken, a Shaver, bought last month, Ebay have ZERO records of any bought items, sellers... nothing. Trying to contact them when they say you've bought nothing is bizarre. I need to contact the seller.

After purchase, you will receive a guest order confirmation email with the subject "Order Confirmed". You need this email to view order details, contact the seller, track your order, or start a return.
If you lose this email, you can find guest order details.
