Losing the will to live finding out how to get paid for an item that sold last week
For the love of god can anyone point me in the right direction?
I'm an occasional eBay seller. I sell the odd item of photographic gear, maybe one or two a year. I recently sold a camera value, buyer paid immediately, funds have been sat with eBay for a week. Now I've read it could take up to 30 days to get paid!!!!!!
The chat is beyond useless, just sends me in an endless circle of links that come back to the same page.
Is there any human being that can explain to me in a very simple manner how you get paid for something.
If I had any hair I would have torn it out by now. I can't begin to verbalise how much I hate this platform now.
Please send help, I'm on my 3rd Gin & Tonic.

·6 months agoI assume you got paid for the items you sold previously, in December and 11th January. So, if you got paid for those items, your bank account is linked to Ebay and you are able to receive payments.
For the item sold recently, go to Payments
That will show the amount in you account and whether it is available or pending.
If it is pending, there should be a date which states when you can expect the payment to be available to withdraw.
If that date has passed, contact Ebay and ask them to make the funds available.
Otherwise, as you are still a relatively new seller, with only a few recent sales, you may just have to wait.
