Location for buyer collection is wrong
EBay is automatically listing my location as Thetford because of my postcode but I'm 40 minutes away from there. This is misleading for anyone looking to collect a purchase from me. How do I change it? I purposely haven't put Thetford on my full address but that's how it appears if anyone wants to collect.

Mentor10 months agoIf you cannot manually adjust your personal information to state and remain as Shipdham, you may need Customer Services help, see if they can do this for you.
I strongly recommend for this action to contact CS only first thing when the lines open for' live agents' , at 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. on weekends, there's more chance of Dublin answering. Only speak to them, it's a Call Back option, so you'll hear if it's ' Ireland calling ! '
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
