Yeah im in the UK and so is the seller ,it started after I returned from a holiday in Turkey it seems to think im somewhere else and so I have the trouble with buying anything in uk
Use a PC or laptop if possible and clear cookies or try a different browser. Also try changing your address format a bit, such as moving the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".
