I have been unable to send an item simply because the arrangement process via eBay in my area, has failed due to poor
or non-existent postage service. I was expecting a courier or postage person on MONDAY bur since then no sign at all. The
buyer has been billed for postage which, is non-existent. eBay web services is mired with irrelevant actions via the web and
any that are available are way too slow to respond. I have told my buyer to get out of the eBay system and let me know so
I can send him the goods 'the old way'.

Mentor1 month agoEbay won't be interested why you can't post items, which can lead to late delivery defects.
Buyer can't change delivery method, it is on your listing.
May be better to pay postage yourself, buyer will get a refund of postage they paid.
