Mentor5 months agoI've never heard of a viewing restriction, so suspect that it's a user end issue.
Does any message come up when you try to place a bid?

OP5 months agomy phone's firewall so will try disabling that .

Mentor5 months agoThat makes sense, let us know how you get on. It does sound like an issue your end if you don't have 2 unpaid item strikes on your account.

Mentor5 months agoWe have no access to your account so these would only be guesses.
Do you have 2 or more unpaid item strikes on your account? This would stop you bidding on many auctions, where sellers have this block in place.
Have you returned to your account after a bit of a break to start buying, trying to place bids on a few auctions? Sudden activity on a dormant account could be a sign of hacking, maybe try and buy some Buy it Now items with an immediate payment , that will show the genuine owner is using the account.
Or it could be the device you are using. The app is having issues ... again. If using, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, see if that works.
