Listing with postage but delivered in person

Hello, how do I mark a item delivered if the listing included postage, I decided it would be safer to deliver the item myself rather than use a postage service.

Item received by buyer and positive feedback received on eBay but need to be able to verify delivery and obviously dont have the tracking number as I delivered it myself?

There's nothing you or the buyer can do. It will be treated as an untracked item and so the payment may be held for 14 days. As an infrequent seller it may be held for 30 days but that is a separate issue. Either way you will get it in the end.
