Listing suspended
All of my 1450 listings were suspended yesterday, I’ve now provided the information to ebay, how do I get my listings reinstated
Your selling ability has been suspended because we still haven’t received your tax identification number. We need this information in order to comply with the Platform Operators (Due Diligence and Reporting Requirements) Regulations 2023.
Please add your tax identification number now. It only takes a few minutes and you’ll be able to sell again after you’ve updated your information, as long as there aren’t any other outstanding issues with your account.

Mentor9 months agoYou have 155 live listings showing.
1 thing that would put me off buying from you is the long Spiel in description,
most buyers would not read it or just find another seller.

Mentor9 months agoNobody here can tell you this, as I'm sure each suspension results in different holds, different lengths of time perhaps needed, to verify and information requested, and provided.
Only Customer Services can tell you this, or at least explain the verification/ checking process is still taking place. I do though strongly recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them. It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones of the Emerald Isles.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
