Listing resolution contacting ebay
Is there anyway to actually talk to someone at ebay either via phone or chat? Ebay say one of my listings has a violation in it to offer to sell outside of ebay. It does not. I requested to resolve but no joy. Now I cannot amend or delete the item and so need to speak with ebay to clear. Their online help does not cover my listing resolution issue and their AI is hopeless just leaving me in a doom loop. Any guidance from those with more experience would be appreciated.

I don't know why you can't edit original listing, that's why I said use similar.

Although you are being helpful to buyers to see details of item, AI see it as an off ebay deal.
Relist, using sell similar, and don't add link.

As you say, was just trying to be helpful to buyers without copying and pasting loads from the product website. I still can't delete the original hidden violation listing which would be good to tidy up. It won't let me edit or delete. I find the inability to easily chat with ebay people very frustrating.
