I’m trying to create and publish a listing on my eBay account. I complete all the listing details, including the title, photos, description, price and postage information.
However, when I click “List it”, the page stays on the loading screen and never completes. I have already tried this several times, but the same problem happens every time.
I have also tried closing and reopening the eBay app, restarting my phone, using a different internet connection, and trying through the eBay website, but the issue is still happening.
Could you please check my account and confirm whether there is any seller restriction, verification issue, or technical problem preventing me from publishing listings?
Please let me know what I need to do to get my listings live.

Mentor1 month agoYou may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
