Listing is set to Postage Only but have received an order for collection.
My Listing is set to Postage Only but I have received an order for collection. This should not be possible and it has happened before on other listings. I also have no idea if this is the case on other listings.
It seems that buyers are only being given the option for collection but it should be only for postage as I have set the listing for postage only. How do I fix this problem?
