Listing fees account lock
I have a lock on my account for 'overdue listing fees' but I haven't sold anything in the last 12 months and Ebay won't show me what these fees relate to.
My account is locked and can't make any purchases. Anyone else had this issue and how do you resolve?
No help via Ebay Support which is a shame and maybe a time to look elsewhere.

Mentor11 months agoIt is to Customer Services you need to turn to, as no one here, we are members like yourself, has access to your account so cannot explain any fees.
I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. on weekends, as there's more chance of Dublin answering. It's a Call Back option, so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles, only speak to them.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
