Listed a car in Classified with option to make offers. Offers button not showing on add when listed.

Question

I have tried to change this many times in change offer setting, says it has saved but when I go to listing still not got offers option. I have also tried to revise listing, says all there offers excepted and minimum will review .

As price can be negotiated, it can be dealt with messages, or even when potential buyer comes to examine the vehicle,

Apart from the listing fee, there are no other ebay fees to pay for a classified ad. and you can make any arrangements you wish with a buyer.

It is showing but you cannot see it on your own listings.
