lies and abuse
Summary: fridge67 shared their experience with a seller on eBay Spain, describing a transaction where the seller canceled an order under suspicious circumstances and later relisted the item at a higher price. After leaving negative feedback, fridge67 was accused by the seller of using abusive language and reported to eBay Spain. *vyolla* responded, suggesting that the situation is unfortunate and there's not much that can be done beyond hoping the feedback remains.
i had the misfortune of buying from a seller who wasnt happy with my feed back and has now reported be to ebay (spain) for abusive language which i did not do.
story had a back and forth over a MAO in the end came to a price he accepted. i paid straight away and then he sent a message saying he could not post for a week. obvioly im not happy and told him he should post it as soon as possible. (me thinking scam) the following morning i received an email saying he cancelled the sale, i messaged him ,he said he had dropped the watch and smashed the crystal (glass) so he had cancelled the order. i said that was a shame but had got my money back and moved on. just over a week later the same watch selling by the same seller appears at at a lot more money. which is strange as the watch is question is extremely difficult to get any parts for hasn't been made for at least 15 years. so with due diligence i did my feed back and said i bought it he cancelled it as broken and then relisted it at a much higher price. giving poor stars as this was my experience of a transaction with him.
he then messaged me casting insult and aspersions upon myself, (it was a ebay Spanish to English translation ) so not wonderful and saying he will contact ebay etc etc. i simply told him if he is going to insult people he should get some practice as he wasn't very good at it and he could contact whom every he pleased.
today i got an email from ebay Spain in Spanish and im being accused of being abusive and using foul langue. what should i do, is this the norn now people give you poor service so they get a poor review then they start lying to get your review removed?
