Can a seller cancelled my item saying its damaged but then relists it within a couple of hours after buying it.

MentorJul 21, 2026 at 10:50 PMebay cannot force a seller to sell but you can report them to ebay. Scroll down to "Report a seller" on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
and then select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies".
