Less Payouts than expected

Made a sale and after all deductions I was expecting a certain amount as payment but ended up with a payout that is £8.45 short. Was supposed to receive £31.42  but received £22.97. Tried reaching out through the chat area but it’s a total waste of time. What do I do.

·5 months agoYou promoted that listing - there is an 'ad fee' in your screenshot.
If you promoted your other listings, that would account for the amount deducted from this sale.

You say in your profile 'building trust with my customers matters most' but you are trading incorrectly from a private account.
Business seller have to have a business account with Ebay and display their business details on all of their listings.
