Leaving negative feedback for seller
I'm trying to leave negative feedback for a seller, but eBay keeps saying I need to wait 7 days before I can. The purchases were made on 14/05/26, so it has definitely been more than 7 days. Some of my orders are missing and some were poorly packaged. Tried resolving with seller, but they keep ignoring the messages.

Mentor2 months agoIF you had a problem with a delivery eg parts missing etc have you read this, it may actually be easier to hurt the seller by opening a claim for the goods delivered:
https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Always good to be in the know.
Re the feedback its usually 7 days from the last estimated delivery date, not the date of order. Ensure when you leave feeback keep it short and sweet. Do not mention things like ebay or refund etc. Something as short as for example "Unsatisfactory transaction".

OP2 months agoWeird thing is that it's let me leave negative feedback for some of the transactions already, which makes absolutely no sense.

Mentor2 months agoYou need to wait 7 days to leave negative feedback for a TRS , Top Rated Sellers, for those not in that ' league' a negative can be left sooner.
The 7 days is the time allowed for these ultra busy sellers, to find time to resolve the issue.

OP2 months agoI'm well aware of the 7 day rule, as I have already said, it has been more than 7 days than the original transaction date. It has let me leave negative feedback for some of the transactions already, but not for some. Some of the orders have been delivered and some are definitely missing.
