Mentor2 weeks agoWhy did you have to wait so long for a refund? Paypal refunds are very quick.

OP2 weeks agoI tried to give seller time to help me but they messed me about and sent cheap substitute from Amazon. At that point I contacted Paypal and the seller messed ppPaypal about, which involved lots of extra input on my behalf. just watch out for "shopbritainuk"

Mentor2 weeks agoYou answered your own question. 60 days is the limit, so if its a purchase from over two months ago you are out of time.
