Why can’t I leave feedback for an item that was returned? The service I received was awful and it cost me money to get the part fitted and removed

Mentor2 weeks agoI guess that you opened the wrong case, as does not fit means you pay for return and depending on what you say in feedback it might be removed.
Is this what happened, or was there no provision to leave feedback. As far as I am aware having a return does not stop feedback from being left, whether negative or positive.

OP2 weeks agoI gave them the registration number and car details before I ordered the parts and they sent me the wrong ones!

Then you have to wait 7 days before leaving a negative / neutral feedback, this gives a busy seller time to at least try and solve the issue, and appease their buyer !

Mentor2 weeks ago@papso22 I thought if items returned through cases etc that feedback can’t be added, I could be wrong tho! The only other thing I can think is the seven day rule if the op is wanting to say leave neutral or negative.
