Late postage or delivery performance issue

Hi eBay community,

I have a bit of an issue with the account performance showing a late drop off which isn't accurate, I have the postage proof saying differently. I have asked eBay Ai I assuming to review this issue but because there is no section to upload the proof of postage it hasn't been considered. Can someone please advise on escalating this issue further up as it doesn't give any other options once closed.

You must always upload proof of postage with tracking ASAP.

You also must correctly upgrade to business seller, you are trading illegally, ebay can close your account.

Hi there and thanks for your reply. I generate labels via eBay and tracking number is linked with the site however I drop my parcels to a Collect+ shop most of the time and I have proof of postage to confirm that however when I have asked for a review on the late postage items you do not have the option to upload this proof, you can only provide details that hasn't been considered on this occasion. I wouldn't say it is gone to business level however I will consider your advice, what would be the benefit in doing this changeover ?
