Late postage
Hi. I’ve got a buyer that requested postage that is 4 days later than my deadline. I need to post it by 12, he wants to be posted later (16). Am I ok to do this ?

Mentor3 months agoYou would receive a late dispatch mark, so best to advise your buyer, the best way forward for you to avoid this, is to cancel the order, with the Buyer's permission this fully refunds them, and to relist for them to buy and pay again, when they are around to receive their order.
Cancelling with the reason Buyer Requests to Cancel, will not affect your seller performance.
So naughty, in my humble opinion, for buyers not to ask before buying, if this would be OK to postpone dispatch ! 🙄
