late deliver by evri , and my flowers were dead, this weather didn't help, as it were so hot.. i am a seller so how do i get help?

Mentor4 months agoIf you used eBay's Simple Delivery postage ask the buyer to open a return using "item damaged in delivery" as the reason. Then eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment. They will not be required to return the item. Then they can buy again.
