Large item sold and not been collected after one month
How long is considered reasonable to wait for collection of a large item? It was purchased a month ago, and I’ve repeatedly been told “next week,” but nothing has happened. The item is taking up space and I would really appreciate it being collected as soon as possible.

Mentor5 months agoHow long you want to wait for collection is up to you, personally I think a month is too long, I would send one message to buyer telling them it must be collected by this weekend or you will cancel and refund.
I would then block the buyer and relist the item if they don't collect.
