I purchased a large item, where I had to pay for a courier (£120), and it arrived with an issue that wasn't mentioned in the listing. It's fixable but will cost of course and it's not ideal. Returning would set me back for another courier. Ideally I'd have a partial refund. Do eBay step in if the seller hasn't replied and facilitate a partial refund payment?
