Simple delivery… took my qr code and parcel to the post office but their system claims the code had already been scanned. Now what?

Mentor1 month ago · EditedIt sounds like they somehow did a double scan. Assuming you don't want to buy postage yourself explain problem to buyer amd ask them to open a "not received" case. ebay will refund. Then relist item for buyer to buy again and start again from scratch.
