label charge
i sold a item that the buyer then cancelled but ebay have charged me for the label even though i never printed it off.how do i get a refund for a label i have been charged for but not printed.

Mentor1 month agoYou're a private seller using eBay's Simple Delivery postage so the buyer will have paid for the label and it will be automatically refunded to them.

Mentor1 month agoIf eBay have taken the whole refund including postage from you you should get the postage back.
