Label cancellation
I just cancelled an order as Ebay charged a medium parcel for a large letter item. I have tried in vain to cancel the postage label and for it to be refunded. i keep getting sent elsewhere on Ebay. Can anyone help and why is it so difficult to do?

Mentor1 month agoI never use Simple Delivery so not familiar with how it works, but I do not think it does Large Letters.
Some categories do not need to be SD, and some of your items could possibly be exempt if you could find the right category.

OP1 month agoI am trying to find out how to cancel a label that has already been generated and how to be refunded for it but thanks for your reply anyway

Mentor1 month agoIf it was buyer pays, they automatically get the refund. If it was seller pays you need to claim a refund for the label.
