Label and tracking number on the wrong item
Hi, I purchased a motorcycle seat. The seller had the original box which he posted the item in. After 8:00 long time of them saying it's going to be delivered and then not. Finally, a package turned up on Thursday. The right tracking number the wrong parcel the tracking number provided was on grey package with rubbish inside I have pictures of the box with the postage label on from sender and pictures of what I received. What's going on

Unless the parcel has somehow become switched in the post, which would be unusual, what's likely to be going on is that your seller has sent you something worthless just to get tracking proof of delivery. This is a depressigly regular scam, which should only succeed if the buyer doesn't follow the correct procedure.
As has been said, you now need to use eBay's money back guarantee, but be VERY CAREFUL to use it correctly. In similar cases buyers have sometimes thrown away their right to a refund by claiming not to have received their item. The sender then sends eBay their tracking proof of delivery; eBay accepts that "something" was delivered and the buyer loses their case!
You MUST open an "item not as described case", and explain that the parcel contained rubbish and not the item ordered. If the seller has not responed within three working days to accept the refund, escalate the case for eBay to step in. You need to keep the rubbish and its packaging in case the seller wishes it to be returned - if so, and original item location was in the UK, eBay will require them to send you a prepaid return label.
Even if your seller claims to be innocent of any wrong-doing and you believe them, the fact is that what you received was not as described and you should follow the same procedure.
If the seller wants the item to be returned abroad, ask here again. There is, supposedly, a solution to this but it's too lengthy to explain unless necessary. Good luck!
