Known bug, bidders locked out from auctions due to eBay bug

Is anyone else getting this bug? I’ve contacted eBay help and they say it’s a known bug affecting multiple users but cannot tell me why or when they will fix it, I have no other accounts and they have confirmed this. I’m concerned that eBay can’t say when the fix is and are hiding a known issue which means sellers are not receiving valid bids for the items they’re selling. I lost out on an item due to this and concerned as a seller that others may be locked out. Does anyone have an email address for eBay as the help team keeps passing me between “specialist teams”, I spoke to 8 today and all couldn’t say what was going on but all admit it’s a known bug.

OP2 weeks agoThanks anyway, I’m reluctant to create a second account as that may make it worse as eBay seem to think I have multiple accounts and have locked me out (I only have one account). I would guess their fraud detection system is not right
