Just want to post my items but can't work out how to post using simple delivery
Summary: charlieisrad is frustrated and seeking help with posting bulky items using a prepay label from a delivery service. Local shops have refused to accept the items, and they are unsure how to change postage preferences or arrange collection without incurring high costs, which would negate their profits.
Please help !
Have created two prepay labels via evri for sold items which are bulky ( large toys sets )
Local evri shops wont accept and say I have to order a collection
I have obviously done something wrong with my preferences on the postage but I cant work out how to change it , Also can't work out how to organise a bulky collection postage without paying through the nose cancelling out any profit I have made
Please help

Mentor1 month agoDoes your local post office accept Evri parcels? Many do, but will depend on the area. google a search for your local Post office and it will tell you the services they offer.
