Ive been scammed. I bought a box of Panini stickers. When they arrived, I opened them and as I opened the individual packs it became obvious they were fake. Many of the packs had 4 of the same card. They are very poor quality. The box and packaging looked genuine. Out of 350 cards 49 wete not duplicates. I negotiated very politely with the seller, and I said that allowing for their postage cost and the 49 useable stickers, I'd be "happy" with a partial refund. They asked if I'd wait a few days and I agreed. Today I said I'd like them.to process my refund and heard nothing. Today I see the listing has been removed for a policy violation. What can I do now please?

In the meant time follow the advice that @john1297576 and @**peaseblossom** have given and open a not as described case, if you are within 30 days of receipt.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou should have immediately opened a case for not as described to get a full refund, Never trust a seller who sells fakes to make promises they have no intention of keeping, when ebay offers the Money Back Guarantee.
See if you can still open a case with ebay, if not you will need to contact your payment provider.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the transaction is still on your ebay purchases list you can open a "not as described" return. If not contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
