OP6 months agoOrder is showing complete an I've received funds. I have sent another package to same address and it was ok ?

Mentor6 months agoYou have the funds and the buyer's money? Then, you need to relinquish one.
Best way forward is to cancel the order citing ' Problem with Buyer's address'. This fully refunds the buyer and your selling performance is not affected.
You say you have sold items successfully to this buyer before, so if you are happy to sell them this one, send the buyer a message explaining the item came back to you, ( maybe they were not at home to receive it?), you have refunded them, and will be relisting the item if they wish to purchase and pay for it again from you.

Mentor6 months agoYou cannot. In any case where would you post too? Buying more postage for an address where it was not delivered is just throwing money away.
In my opinion you should cancel sale, using reason problem with address, and it will slso refund buyer.
Sending to any other address and you would not have any protection. Best to let buyer contact you, in case he wants to buy again, in which case you could relist, but he has let you down once so best to add to your blocked bidders list.
