I've posted two items but haven't used the postage in the eBay app.

I've not used eBay for a while I sold two items at the weekend and posted them on Monday but I haven't used eBay to post them but my app says postage is overdue how can I update my app to show I've posted them thanks

AS you didn't use the supplied labels and had buyer pays postage,the buyer will get the postage charge refunded to them in around 30 days

You can manually change then add the tracking numbers here:

Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
Click on "View order details"
Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
Click on the "Add tracking" option
A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You may need a laptop / PC to manage the above.

As you haven't used eBay for a while for selling there's been some big changes with the introduction of Simple Delivery. Take a peek at the link below explaining the new process.

Also, worth reading eBay's Announcements top left of this page, eBay News, as SD has had several updates / changes! 🤔
