I've opted in to GSP but cannot sell item to send to Sweden - why?

A buyer in Sweden wants to buy an item I listed this afternoon. She says the listing does not allow international shipping but I am opted into GSP and this has worked before with items listed with simple delivery (this is a private seller account). Any suggestions please?

I can see nothing on your listings to say you use GSP.

You can always post direct but would need to quote an overseas shipping cost.

For buyer works out cheaper and faster as there is no delay in going to GSP before even leaving the UK.

Not sure what the problem is there but putting their ID on your exemption list should remove any blocks:
