When I contact eBay's CS and get AI response. I type in Agent (maybe twice) & I get put through. Sorry for the repeated messages, must be another eBay fault.

Hi,

Go to your eBay Account details and check if everything is in date e.g. credit cards. mobile phone number.

If every showing up to date and verified contact eBay customer services (if you get a robot response, ask to speak to an eBay Agent). The Agent will be able to look at your account and see what is the problem.
