I've been charge postage while using Ebay simple deliveries.
Hi, I'm trying to work out why I was charge postage when I was using simple deliveries.
Has anyone else experienced this.
I clicked as normal for a postage label but somehow ended up being charged £3.99.
What did I do wrong?

MentorAug 5, 2026 at 5:14 PMIf it was simple delivery with buyer pays, you will not have been charged for the label if you simply accessed the label ebay sent you.

I'm just unsure how I would have done that?
Is it possible to create another label if the buyer has paid for one ?
