It’s a scam
I ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max but I only received empty box. I’ve requested return item and opened a case but eBay won’t step in straight away.
im concerned if i return is I will be told that I stole iPhone and didn’t return it and I won’t get my money back.
but I haven’t received iPhone in first place. Shouldn’t I get money back straight away?

Mentor7 months agoCases are all automated no human contact so they have the run their ' allotted' timeframe.
Opening a case for item not as described ( hopefully you Did Not open a case for item not received, that's the wrong case!), this gives the seller 3 days to refund you or send a paid postage label to send the item back, even if it's just the box. Keep that box safe in case it needs sending back.
If neither happens, then on day 4 you escalate the case, eBay step in and force the refund.
Don't close the case early for any reason or promise the seller may make, and don't forget to escalate.
