Items Vanishing After Listing
Summary: mg9903 expressed concern about items not appearing in active listings despite being charged an insertion fee. rainbowtrax mentioned it was a widespread issue, while kat@ebay confirmed that the technical team was investigating. Hi all! I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or knows a fix.
I've been listing a few items, but I notice that some of them are not appearing under my active listings or if I search for the item, even though I have been charged an insertion fee. In the picture below (of my transactions page), all the items with no profile picture are items I have just listed that don't show up.
Any ideas?

Tech are currently investigating reports of newly created listings and relists not showing in the active listing page. They are working on the fix to resolve it as soon as possible.

·2 weeks agoMassive site-wide issue today with lots of reports coming in. All we can do is wait and hope ebay sort themselves out.
