Hi I had 2 items to post at the post office, I always write the address on each parcel, somehow the labels were swapped. I know both parcels were delivered . One I refunded and they returned the item to me. The other opened a dispute for not receiving there item but did not tell ebay they had received the wrong item so ebay refunded them and closed the case. I offered to post the wrong items to the right person for free once I had both items returned.How do I contact ebay to ask for the return of the item and try and resolve this.The person I refunded has sent their incorrect item back to me.I was willing to post them the right items for free and pay the postage but the second person has the others item and will not return it.I cant refund the postage to the person who sent the item back how do I do that?Help what do I do.ThanksB
