Items stuck in sold

Hello.

Hi, I have two items stuck in my sold area that have been dispatched but because they were sent as bulk they have not been dispatched. How do I remove them and get payment for these items?

Open the original prepaid labels to mark the items dispatched. Then add the tracking number via view order details.
