Items received but still show as awaiting dispatch
eBay's postage label thing didn't work so I had to sort out postage myself. Now eBay shows two items as awaiting dispatch - how can I rectify that? (and get back the postage eBay charged me).

Mentor10 months agoIf you can open the Simple Delivery label that will mark the item as dispatched.

·10 months agoYou have 14 days after sending the items to claim a refund for the postage and add the tracking.
Complete a form for each item here:
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling

OP10 months agoLooks like I've left it too late to get a refund 😞 Now I have to find a way to archive the two items.
