I had socks for sale and 2 boxes were purchased buy a buyer and paid for, I didn't see the purchase until an email came through asking where the socks were. I responded and said I'll post them on Monday, On the Tuesday Ebay refunded the £22 +pp but the buyer received the socks on Wednesday and confirmed this and also received the refund, I now can't get the money or items back.
