Items posted late and now out of pocked with payment and stock.
I had socks for sale and 2 boxes were purchased buy a buyer and paid for, I didn't see the purchase until an email came through asking where the socks were. I responded and said I'll post them on Monday, On the Tuesday Ebay refunded the £22 +pp but the buyer received the socks on Wednesday and confirmed this and also received the refund, I now can't get the money or items back.

Mentor3 months agoI'm afraid the only way you'll get the money back is if the buyer agrees to pay it. They can't do it via ebay. They'd have to use Paypal or similar.
