Items paid for but not received after 30 days
Summary: jore-7185 expressed frustration over not receiving purchased stamps from a seller on eBay and missing the 30-day window to raise a case. **peaseblossom** suggested contacting the payment provider for a refund or chargeback if it's within 120 days. *vyolla* recommended messaging the seller to request a refund, warning that a chargeback would incur a fee for the seller. jore-7185 appreciated the advice.
I have made many purchases on EBAY with no issues, however after ordering and making payment GB stamps from a Plymouth Seller (Royal Naval Covers), the stamps were never received.
The seller responded detailing that he would sort this out on return from holidays, but to no avail.
The 30 day window to raise a case has passed and I have had no response from the seller.
How can I escalate this in order to get a full refund, and warn other prospective buyers of this seller??

Mentor1 month agoI would message your seller and let them know that they need to issue a refund for this order, sellers have 90 days to issue a refund so there shouldn't be an issue there. Say that if they don't you'll be forced to issue a chargeback, which you don't want to do as they'll be charged a £16 admin fee by eBay as well as having to refund.

Mentor1 month agoIf it's more than 30 days from the estimated delivery date it's too late for ebay but if it's less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
