Items not showing on purchase history
Summary: suebet-26 reported an issue with an eBay purchase of two Nike bags, which are not appearing in their purchase history despite a charge to their account. They received an unhelpful response from the seller and are unable to track the parcels. fargvs suggested they might have made a guest purchase, which wouldn't appear in their eBay summary, and provided a link to trace the order and possibly open a case within 30 days.
I ordered 2 nike bags from ebay.i had messages saying they were on their way with Evri and had a tracking number, i tried tracking the parcels but the tracking wouldn't work.i contacted the seller who said they had no open orders,i provided them with my order numbers but they still said they had not had an order from me even though they have taken the money from my bank.i checked my purchase history and the bags are not showing up on there.Ebay is now saying they cant refund me because they weren't bought from Ebay...but obviously they were! My money is gone.how do I contact a actual human to work this out?

Mentor2 weeks agoGuest purchase perhaps ? --- will not be seen in your eBay summary --- use the Order Confirmation email you received to see if you can trace it using this link ---within 30 days case options will be there if needed >
