Items not received
I've recently ordered a number of items that have not arrived. I have reported them, and received a refund, but it is happening so frequently now that I am reluctant to report repeat occurrencies in case I am suspected of fraud. As a result of this I now only order when I can be sure that the item will be tracked. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt is true that eBay do not look favourably on buyers who open an inordinate number of cases for a refund, and yes, it is frustrating when they are genuine claims like yours.
It is unusual to have so many non deliveries. Are these always from eBay or do you find perhaps, a certain courier is not delivering well? Can you see any other pattern?
International sales, new sellers?
All I can suggest, is to check a seller's feedback before buying from them, to see if there are any clues that others have experienced of late or non deliveries.

Mentor3 weeks agoNo, but you are right to be cautious. Ebay has an abusive buyer behaviour policy and they will, rightly or wrongly, remove buyers from the money back guarantee if they make a lot of claims.
