Items haven't collected by the buyer since June last year even though I have texted him/her a few times. What should I do now?

Did buyer pay? If they did there is no way to refund through ebay.
If they didn’t pay, then after 4 days you should have cancelled for non payment?
As far as I can see you can relist, but depending what if anything you have done, item will have already disappeared from your completed listings.

Did they pay for item?
Cash on collection is not allowed now, may have been at the time.
I would contact buyer one more time and give them 14 days to collect or you will dispose of item (or relist).
You have been patient waiting this long.

If you return money is up to you, can't be done through ebay.
