OP3 weeks agoI will make it as simple as possible for you:-
3 items returned, as they were 2.5m long instead of the advertised 3.0m - with me so far?
No notification of a refund received by this morning, yesterday being the last day before I could ask ebay to step in and help (normally automatically triggered).
Checked the return case and there were no details and the only option was to open a case, which I did. I got a response which stated ebay were refunding me.
I checked my bank account and found a "paid out" for the amount, instead of a "paid in" - ebay charged me twice instead of refunding me.
Simple enough?

If eBay has supported you and states that they will refund you, you shouldn't need to do anything else. Except perhaps, be patient. We don't know how you paid, but it can take anything from a few days to around a month to reach your account. (Credit card refunds seem to be the slowest.) Remember that they will refund the account you used to provide the payment.
If £13.64 was the amount paid for this item, they will obviously have charged you this before any refund is issued. If the charge has been duplicated in error, this seems to be a regular problem with eBay. You can view answers to numerous similar questions here. I'd give it a few days to self-correct. If it doesn't you can only contact customer support - which can be a problem in itself!

OP3 weeks agojust checked my credit card statement today, and ebay has not refunded me £13.64, they have CHARGED ME £13.64!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
