Item was hand delivered
Hi all, I hand delivered an item that was sold, payment was made through eBay, only I didn’t amend delivery method - so it’s still expecting a dispatch process and delivery confirmation before releasing funds - buyer is happy.
Any ideas on how to get the payment released please?

Mentor1 week agoToo late, only if you list as for collection does buyer get a code to give you which is to prove delivery,
Without proof of delivery buyer could open a not received case and younwoukd have to refund.
It does happen a lot of buyers look out for opportunities to get a Freebie.
