Item was collected instead of being posted, but funds are pending on delivery?

Hello,
The buyer collected an item in person after purchase and I mistakenly marked the order as dispatched (although Ebay didn't seem to offer any alternative at the time).
The buyer has the item and the order is still showing as "Awaiting delivery" because no tracking information exists, as the item was collected rather than posted.
Is there a way to update the order status to reflect collection/completion, or get Ebay to manually review and release the funds currently being held pending delivery?
