Item thats never been dispatched
Hi. I bought item off Ebay. It never got dispatched. Sent message to seller, nothing just silence. I cancelled the order but Ebay declined my cancellation request. Anyone know how to get my money back?

Mentor4 months agoIt is seller, not ebay, that you ask to cancel.
Business sellers should agree to, but not all will.
Private sellers are allowed to refuse.
If item has not been posted, easier for seller to cancel, but as said, some just refuse.

·4 months agoCheck the latest estimated delivery date on the email you got from Ebay when you paid.
One day after that date, open an 'item not received' case.
